Channel Sales Management:

  • Monitoring sales forecasts, purchase orders, partner inventory, and project pipeline registrations.
  • Visiting partners regularly to align with monthly themes and gather feedback.
  • Overseeing all channel management activities in Hanoi and North Vietnam.
  • Managing sales and inventory specifically for Tier 1 partners.
Increasing purchase orders to meet sales forecasts by channel.

Engaging weekly with Tier 1, Tier 2 partners, and identifying new Tier 2 System Integrators.

  • Developing strategies to foster loyalty and maintain strong relationships with existing Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners.
  • Expanding new pipeline opportunities and maintaining followups across all channels, reporting to the Head of Sales.
  • Studying and promoting new products across all channels.
  • Conducting market analysis on competitor pricing and reporting findings to the Head of Sales.
  • Coordinating technical support between partners and System Engineers.

Business Development (Direct Approach):

  • Explore new product offerings and collaborate with partners to promote company products to endusers.
  • Engage closely with partners to assist in project execution, driving sales to generate purchase orders.
  • Develop a new project pipeline and maintain regular followups to ensure progress, updating the Head of Sales weekly on pipeline statuses.
  • Approach consultants and designers to advocate for company products, aiming to include them in vendor lists and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with the SE team to create proposals, presentations, and system designs tailored to enduser requirements.
  • Initiate and execute effective marketing campaigns to attract inquiries from potential endusers.
  • Work alongside the regional marketing team to develop event strategies and sales tools in Vietnam, such as exhibitions, product launches, PR activities, social media campaigns, catalogs, and leaflets.
  • Provide both presales and postsales support for products, ensuring highquality customer service and staying updated on technical functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with the company sales and engineering teams to drive business growth and collectively achieve business partner targets.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Degree in Sales/Business/Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in product channel sales.
  • 2 years of experience in direct sales with endusers for projects.
  • Strong ability to multitask and excellent time management skills.
  • A hunter mentality, driven to penetrate new markets and customers to create new project pipelines.
  • Knowledge in security products such as Video Management Systems, IP cameras, NVRs, CCTV, and wireless products.
