- Xây dựng và thực hiện triển khai các hoạt động nhằm tăng mức độ trung thành của khách hàng bao gồm các chương trình khách hàng thân thiết cho nhóm khách hàng theo phân khúc của SSI trên các kênh tiếp thị trực tiếp với sự hỗ trợ của các chức năng Marketing có liên quan trong bộ phận tiếp thị và truyền thông.
- Chủ động xây dựng phương pháp đo lường, đánh giá và thực hiện giám sát/đo lường các chương trình tiếp thị, khuyến mại, chăm sóc khách hàng phân khúc phụ trách
- Phối hợp/ hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng Tiếp thị sản phẩm lập kế hoạch cho các hoạt động kinh doanh tiếp thị bao gổm việc định hướng và lên kế hoạch các chiến dịch Marketing, các chương trình sự kiện, kế hoạch truyền thông và các công cụ hình thức truyền thông phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh từng thời điểm
- Chủ động phân tích các số liệu nội bộ và thị trường, nhận diện các cơ hội bán chéo, bán thêm, đề xuất các hoạt động quảng bá, chương trình tiếp thị phù hợp nhằm tăng số lượng sản phẩm mỗi khách hàng nắm giữ (product holding), tăng giá trị đóng góp của mỗi khách hàng (customer value) trên phân khúc phụ trách
- Thiết lập KPI, quản lý thực hiện và giám sát đo lường kết quả thực hiện của các chiến dịch tiếp thị sản phẩm/chương trình sự kiện, chương trình chăm sóc khách hàng trên từng kênh, đánh giá hiệu quả tài chính của mỗi chương trình.
- Phối hợp giám sát triển khai thực hiện các hoạt động tiếp thị truyền thông sản phẩm/giải pháp trên các kênh truyền thông đại chúng
- Phối hợp cùng Nghiên cứu thị trường và quản trị hiệu quả chiến dịch trong việc phân tích nhu cầu, hành vi và mô hình tiếp thị hiệu quả cho các chiến dịch Marketing: khách hàng hiện hữu và khách hàng tiềm năng, từ đó đề xuất các chương trình tiếp thị bán hàng mới.
- Tổ chức các sự kiện và các hoạt động chăm sóc nhóm khách hàng hiện hữu nhằm gia tăng cơ hội bán chéo sản phẩm dịch vụ, gia tăng hiệu quả tài chính trên mỗi phân khúc khách hàng/sản phẩm phụ trách
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng Tiếp thị sản phẩm các công việc liên quan theo yêu cầu

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chính quy trở lên, các nghành liên quan kinh tế, quản trị, marketing.
- Có ít nhất 6 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Marketing và ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Chuyên gia. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm Marketing trong các lĩnh vực chứng khoán, tài chính ngân hàng, bảo hiểm, FMCGs
- Có kiến thức chuyên môn Marketing và kiến thức liên quan đến ngành chứng khoán, tài chính, ngân hàng,...
- Kỹ năng chuyên môn về xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch Marketing; Ưu tiên ứng viên có tư duy kinh doanh và Marketing hướng tới hiệu quả ROI cuối cùng
- Kiến thức về chứng khoán và tài chính
- Kỹ năng phân tích và xử lý dữ liệu.
- Kỹ năng quản lý dự án và làm việc hướng tới kết quả, chú trọng chi tiết
- Khả năng lãnh đạo và phát triển nguồn nhân lực
- Giao tiếp tiếng Anh hiệu quả
