**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Căn cứ vào chiến lược công ty, tổng hợp thông tin từ khảo sát thị trường,xây dựng lộ trình phát triển thương hiệu theo từng năm và theo từng giai đoạn
- Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai các chiến dịch thương hiệu theo chủ đề trong năm, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: xây dựng creative briefing, lựa chọn creative agency, lập kế hoạch media, quản lý sản xuất, timeline, ngân sách và KPI thương hiệu
- Quản lý tông giọng thương hiệu và chất lượng nội dung cho tất cả các ấn phẩm truyền thông ra bên ngoài, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: AWO post trên mạng xã hội (FB/Tiktok/ Zalo), các bài PR về sản phẩm và thương hiệu, các bài đăng trên website, các nội dung app push, các nội dung POSM giới thiệu về sản phẩm/ chương trình khuyến mãi...
- Phối hợp với phòng Nghiên cứu thị trường, cung cấp các thông tin đầu vào nhằm xây dựng các bảng khảo sát và kế hoạch khảo sát thị trường hàng năm (nhằm đo lường giá trị thương hiệu) và theo yêu cầu khảo sát về sản phẩm/chương trình bán
- Kiểm soát tính tuân thủ thương hiệu tại tất cả các điểm chạm (nội bộ và bên ngoài), đo lường và xây dựng kế hoạch hành động nhằm tăng tỉ lệ nhận biết thương hiệu tại điểm bán
- Nghiên cứu đối thủ cạnh tranh, nắm vứng kế hoạch kinh doanh của công ty (bao gồm kế hoạch cho từng phân khúc, sản phẩm, theo vùng) nhằm phát triển kế hoạch hành động để tăng cường tỉ lệ thâm nhập thị trường.
- Giám sát triển khai các hoạt động thu hút khách hàng theo phân khúc
- Xây dựng các hoạt động xúc tiến thương mại khác theo yêu cầu của kênh bán và Trung tâm Marketing, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: hoạt động ra mắt sản phẩm, tiếp thị theo phân khúc/thị trường trọng tâm
- Phân tích, tổng hợp báo cáo và đề xuất sáng kiến nhằm cải thiện hiệu quả

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành có liên quan đến: Marketing, Tài chính - Ngân hàng, Tài chính - Doanh nghiệp, Thương mại điện tử, Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh,...
- Từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm chuyên môn liên quan đến Xây dựng thương hiệu/ Phát triển thương hiệu/ Quản trị thương hiệu/ Marketing kênh bán, tiếp thị kinh doanh... tại ngành tài chính tiêu dùng, ngân hàng, fintech, công nghệ số,...
- Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm quản lý cấp trưởng nhóm trở lên là lợi thế
- Ứng viên thành thạo Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Nhật là lợi thế
- Ứng xử công bằng, lịch sự, văn minh
- Thái độ sẵn sàng làm việc vì hiệu quả chung
- Tinh thần lạc quan, cởi mở và thái độ tích cực trong công việc, tương tác
- Thích ứng với công nghệ số, linh hoạt và nhạy bén
