Strategic planning and overseeing the onboarding of new clients:
Effectively communicate with the Sourcing Department via comprehension of client requirements to ensure the quality and stability of product implementation in live productionAssist in assessing PT testsCollect client feedbackConstantly discovering methods to enhance the quality and efficacy of working processes and productsConduct research and generate novel ideas for products and technologies, engaging in discussions with clients, product managers, and other relevant stakeholdersLead and supervise projects concerning optimisations and innovations, with an emphasis on products, efficiency, and qualityStrategic planning for maximizing internal production:
Assist in the development of technical solutions that optimize production and address its issuesCollaborate with Quality or Sourcing to put solutions into practiceStrategic planning, execution and consultation on communication:
Deliver clients opinions and perspectives on overall satisfactionConsultation and assistance in clients complaints:
Provide a comprehensive assessment of client satisfaction based on voice of the client besides evaluating and correcting dataReview and feedback on the entire process of system establishment for handling client complaintsAddress quality and product-specific problems in a proactive mannerOffer technical and quality-oriented solutions while providing guidance on emerging technical trendsProvide technical oversight and support for client onboarding and product launchOffer guidance, testing and technical expert in support of product and technical projectsTest and recommend new hardware and software associated with existing and new productsRecommend and feedback on quality-related system solutions and workflowsSuggesting technical/quality solutions on behalf of the quality team on customer requests and complaintsAssistance and consultation regarding:
Principle skills trainingFeedback on the entire establishment procedures for core skills trainingConduct periodical reviews and workshops about new opportunities to maximize the configuration and align with current trendsExisting style, quantity training, rapid retraining, recurring skills testing and coachingProvide a comprehensive assessment of client satisfaction based on voice of the clientReview and feedback on the entire process of establishment process for existing style, quantity training, rapid retraining, recurring skills testing and coachingNew product and style trainingPlan and implement technical training based on developed materials and evaluating team capability to deliver quality/output in accordance with the agreed SLA/client expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant disciplineExpertise regarding the quality specifications of assigned productsComprehension of trends and requirements in the product industry and real estateUnderstanding and awareness of diverse cultures and professional behavioursProficiency in the pertinent software deployed for postprocessingSpecialized in other relevant softwareExcellent communication and management skillsStrong logical, strategic thinking, goalsetting and planning skills
