Job Purpose:
- Manage and deliver a competitive trade scheme designed to win based on strong analytic and robust data to stimulate business growth.
- KPI measurement and tracking system to deliver relevant business insights and brand/channel performance Work with Business Intelligency to create consistent and coherent
- Partnering closely with local finance business partner, BI, SFE team for opportunities to continuously improve G2N, monitoring scheme implementation and resource ultilization.
- Rapid response to events and market needs: facilitating fast feedback crossfunctionally and driving rapid response to market trend and customers insights.
- Connect and maximize the commercial value of all available external & internal data sources to identify growth opportunities for the business by engaging Key local and above country stakeholders
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow adult vaccination in new channels / accounts
- Develop value propositions for adult points of vaccination
- Determines how best to leverage the pharmacy channel for adult vaccination
These
responsibilities include some of the following:
- Responsible for OIT and other trade scheme design and deployment by selecting the appropriate market data and methodologies or integrating internal and external data sources.
- Design the competitive G2N scheme to become more profitable and improve the performances based on robust data analysis and market insights.
- Tracking performance trade promotion, rebate and OIT scheme across Rx and Vx.
- Provide technical support/ training for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools to manage performance.
- Facilitates commercial trade channel data strategies for trade scheme design, implementation, integration and usage.
- Manage and monitoring G2N to drive optimal and effective schemes
- Work closely with the marketing director to identify and activate new channels / accounts for vaccination
- Liaise and work closely with external partners to determine potential opportunities to activate vaccination services.

- Min 2-3 years experience in business intelligence or marketing
- Pharma experience is an asset
- Commercial experience is an asset
- Fluency in English is essential
