A. JOB SUMMARY


Develop and implement channel development strategy and category management in areas of Visibility, Promotion, Channel activation/ category demand creation at Point-of-Purchase so as to ensure optimal distribution and visibility of brands in line with customer segmentation guidelines (PROS); Help position Pernod-Ricard to be recognized as the preferred Category Partner for strategic customers.

B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Planning & Projects:

  • Lead Ontrade Trade Marketing to Develop Ontrade Channel Strategy and Operational Plans for implementation. Key liaison between RM & channel head
  • NIGHT/ DAY & MOT.
  • Lead channel strategy for PRVN brands to be listed, displayed, and activated (PROS PVA) in a consistent manner in line with overall company guidelines and strategy, develop commercial planning calendar, to ensure that PRVN products are sold according to agreed priorities and seasonality.
  • Be the main driver with Commercial Excellence team to refresh on PROS data development/ Distribution target setting.
  • Lead Portfolio evaluation and analysis to make listing/ delisting recommendations

Channel & Demand Creation Activation:

  • Be the driving force for the development, articulation and management of a comprehensive channel strategy that gets buy in from all key stakeholders.
  • Based on the channel strategy, commercial planning, and assigned budget, leverage brand target audience/ channel insights to amplify brand message to ensure excellence on the Brand activation and Category demand creation at outlet level (promotion activities in commercial calendar grid for partners/ customers) with the purpose of driving sales and brand awareness.

Animation & Visibility:

  • Lead strategy development of visual & POSM guidelines; allocate visibility budget by brands, channels and regions; develop seasonal schemes and promotion activities/ activations, be perceived as a legitimate "adviser" by the trade to engage outlets with consumers and provide added value to customers through PR business solutions, in order to develop consumption of loyal target consumers and ensure attraction of new consumers.
  • Develop & ensure implementation of Perfect Outlet Guideline

Service pack Management:

  • Ensure right implementation of customer segmentation (PROS) and service pack including value added services to customers, in order to ensure best adaptation of PRVN offer to each customer touchpoints
  • Provide priorities and budget guidelines for Trade A&P,
  • Formulate operational plan for Ontrade channel with key activities and detailed budgets for the annual Budget Plan, track budgets, to ensure alignment with strategic guidelines and trade A&P efficiency without overspending.
  • Service pack management: In charge of developing service pack promotion plan, tracking outlets' performance, analyzing spending vs. achieved target and play a role of controller of A&P spent.
  • Making recommendations on reallocation of budget or nonrenewal of contract
  • TOOLs automation for Sales support
  • Drive Point-OfSale effectiveness targets and deliver a strong ROI % on all spend.

Business Information & Intelligence:

  • Contribute to lead business environment watch, distribution channels and customer trends monitoring, customers / consumer insights from the field to ensure PRVN offer's continuous alignment with market needs.
  • Reporting line and people development
  • Lead by example and drive the individual development of each of channel team member to raise their level of performance and ready them for more elevated and challenging projects and roles.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
  • At least 8 years in Trade Marketing and/or Sales at the equivalent position
  • Experience of work in multinational company, FMCG or related fields (Alcohol, F&B) is preferable
Functional & Leadership Competencies

  • Fluency in English, computer literacy
  • Clear understanding of the concept of Sales and Trade MKT in alcoholic business or related field
  • Excellent and effective communication, presentation, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Business Understanding:
  • Comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior, customer and category management,
