  • Build up sales strategy & execute plan for the channels, in parallel with defining key strategies to each of the sale areas.
  • Build up strong distributing system (distributor infrastructure & capability) for sustainable development (profit, share, customer loyalty & satisfaction).
  • Work handinhand with incountry CBD and BU CS&P to create Cat Growth plans, set targets and support execution
  • Develop portfolio dedicated SKU for ProChannel
  • Ensure execution of business strategy in Sales Channels to build better market share
  • Develop and RTM Model for market services as per channel dynamics
  • Develop sales team to keep the leading position in the market of Unilever Vietnam.
  • Build up and execute Unilever's organization and Distributor structure to adapt with fastmoving change of the market.
  • Build up high futurefit sales team that fits with Unilever principles.
  • In charge of building up Longterm strategy plan as well as understanding customer/shopper insights
  • Leading in pioneering new business models and bring plan into life.
  • Representative for related expertise matters.
  • Own incountry development of CD capabilities and expertise topics
  • Directly participate in the recruitment, training, coaching and performance management of the staff
  • Other adhoc tasks being requested by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor degree
  • Proven work experience as a national sales manager. Pro-Channel, working experiences with distributors is an advantage.
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • People and Stakeholder Management
  • Foundational selling and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong experience in category growth management, commercial strategy, design for channel, execution excellence, data literacy, and business financial acumen.
  • Excellent organizational skills, passionate to win, strong sense of teamwork,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Good command of English.
