  • Sales Territory Management: Manage and grow a defined sales territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets and budgets.
  • Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Technical Presentations: Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of our products to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Quotation and Negotiation: Work closely with internal teams to provide quotations and negotiate prices in line with our pricing strategy.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the wider team as required, ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to the Managing Director, highlighting key sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in pumps or related industries.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build genuine relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify customer challenges and provide technical information and analysis to complete sales.
  • Autonomy and Resilience: Natural ability to work autonomously, maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues, and remain positive and resilient in the face of sales challenges.
