**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)
- Tiếp nhận ticket,các yêu cầu khách hàng trên hệ thống, các nhóm support; trao đổi với team lập trình về phương án xử lý và trực tiếp hỗ trợ khách hàng (BA)
- Theo sát quá trình setup, sử dụng sản phẩm, chủ động trao đổi, chăm sóc khách hàng để xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt và tái ký hợp đồng
- Tìm hiểu sản phẩm, lưu ý đến các nhóm tính năng sản phẩm và cách thao tác
- Phối hợp cùng team Dev test sản phẩm, nghiên cứu phát triển và hoàn thiện tính năng sản phẩm

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Lương thỏa thuận: 8-12 triệu +HH+ phụ cấp, thu nhập 10-18 triệu
- Hưởng lương tháng 13, xét tăng lương 2 lần/ năm

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp các ngành công nghệ thông tin, kinh doanh
- Đã có kinh nghiệm làm BA, tester, Customer Support ở các công ty công nghệ
- Nhạy bén với kỹ thuật, hiểu luồng code, hiểu luồng sản phẩm
- Khả năng chăm sóc, bám sát khách hàng và xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng
- Biết khai thác và nắm bắt tâm lý khách hàng
- Tiếng Anh tốt (giao tiếp và chat)
- Ngoại hình khá
- Chịu được áp lực
- Sẵn sàng chăm sóc khách ngoài giờ
