Job Requirements:
- Universitylevel education
- Good proficiency in Italian (Understanding spoken and written English is a plus)
- Must have at least 1.5 years prior customer service experience
- Quick learner with a strong interest in technology
- Empathetic and caring attitude toward customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
- Strong problemsolving skills, multitasking, and time management skills
- Selfmotivated and able to plan own work
- Willingness to work nonstandard hours and potentially do shift work (12 PM 9 PM) to support our European users
