Job Requirements:

  • Universitylevel education
  • Good proficiency in Italian (Understanding spoken and written English is a plus)
  • Must have at least 1.5 years prior customer service experience
  • Quick learner with a strong interest in technology
  • Empathetic and caring attitude toward customers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
  • Strong problemsolving skills, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Selfmotivated and able to plan own work
  • Willingness to work nonstandard hours and potentially do shift work (12 PM 9 PM) to support our European users
