  • Answering questions about features, documenting any technical issues, and passing them on to the product team.
  • Creating support tickets for the team.
  • Clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs to get insights into current/ future products or services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customers.

 Working from Monday
  • Friday, 8 AM 5 PM; no OT.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • At least6 months experience.
  • Good English for Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking (IELTS, TOEIC level equivalent to5.5 or higher).
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Selfmotivated individual who enjoys winning as a team.
  • Optimistic, enthusiastic, and peoplecentric focus.
  • Great problemsolving skills and ability to collaborate.
  • Prefer to have experience Customer support in tech Company.
