To manage on the process of delivering in time and in accuracy for Agency Channel payments

PURPOSE:


This job holder is responsible to monitor AAS&FCT incidents and proposing alternatives for risk mitigation from the AAS&FCT side; and make sure operational process to meet internal and external guideline as the first line defence.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Agency Sales Forces (ASF), AAS & FCT with the consideration of the ASF impulse to increase Distribution Experiences.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Gathering/Documentation:

  • Document the business process descriptions and collect the requirements of the system from the Agency Sales Force (ASF) considerate of the risks related to how the technology will be integrated into the standard operating procedures.
  • Draft and elicit business requirements specifications (BRS) in accordance to the project's goals and objectives which becomes the basis for IT's design activity (FRS documentation). All identified requirements should fall within the constraints of the project scope and align with the Agency Sales Force's statement of needs.
  • Generate a requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements defined for a system are tested during the UAT (User Acceptance Test) and that no necessary functionality has been overlooked.
  • Construct logical models that describe the data and business processes needed to support the requested functionality. Processes are identified along with any of the associated data they use or create
Functional Testing / Validation

  • Review the UAT Plan, and ensure that identified test cycles and allocation of resources are optimal with while being considerate of Agency' BAU activities.
  • Prepare Test Conditions based on the approved BRS and update the requirements traceability matrix
  • Report problems/defects identified during UAT and propose solution, coordinate with the UAT representatives, Agency Sales Force, review progress on the resolution of the issues with IT, and recommend a remediation strategy
  • Assist with analysis of test results
  • Provide recommendation for UAT signoff and document applicable exclusions (if any)

Implementation and Training:

  • Perform post implementation smoke testing and regular QA checking to ensure that critical functions work as expected and provide an indication on the stability of the build promoted to production
  • Ensure that the implemented system adheres to all mandates, physical constraints and service level agreements
  • Prepare reports/dashboards to measure the performance of system enhancements and monitor if objectives from the project gating process are met

BAU:

  • Prepare strategic initiatives status updates relevant for Operations management reporting and monitoring
  • Postcheck internal process, sales process, & complaint handling and policy service timely, and achieve quantity and quality.
  • Work with stakeholders to follow corrective actions until complete.
  • Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
Provide immediate support/consultation on production issues related to previously.

Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • University graduated.
  • Language skills (verbal & written): proficiency level in both Vietnamese & English
  • At least 57 year experienced in business analysis or life insurance. Experience on Administration & digital system transformation is preferable.
  • At least 35 year experienced in quality control, internal control or audit.
  • KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Able to deliver works under tight deadlines and heavy pressures
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, detailoriented and conceptual thinking.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
