IKEA Supply is responsible for securing that the product offer is produced and delivered to our customers.
We lead the supply agenda across many functions and work together with all business areas, different business units, to secure customer availability in all markets and sales channels at lowest total cost.
And we are currently looking for an Administrator working in Supply Area Southeast Asia _ Ho Chi Minh office.Job description
The role of the Administrator is to contribute to growth and profitability of Inter IKEA by ensuring office administration in the safest, most cost efficient, simple and effective way and by monitoring the needs and compliance to policies.
Your main responsibilities:
- Responsible to facilitate all travelling needs (by flights and without flights), make sure service providers (agency or vendors) are provided right travel services support coworkers in their daily business trips, includes:
- secure the process is followed local guides and follow internal procedures.
- Be the contact person with respect to Meet & Travel by supporting and challenging all coworkers to meet & travel in a safe, costconscious, and compliant ways.
- Responsible for office (e.g. stationaries, assets insurance ) Indirect procurement tendering and contracting by following costefficient and compliant working. This including process invoices, manage vendors and accounts payable.
- Provide regular office operations reports to management and identify areas for improvement, including manage operational vendor performance.
- Assist in any adhoc duties, prepare report with statistic data, projects and activities, as assigned.
- Assists Line managers in developing policies and procedures to reflect changing needs.
- Assist with budget preparation and track expenditures.
- At any time, act as an ambassador of Inter IKEA values and contribute to the global Business Navigation, Finance & Administration (BNFA) agenda and projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years working experience in administrative.
- Communicate well in English.
- Be able perform multiple tasks.
- Understanding of accounting and budgeting routines.
More Information
This position is full time and based in our office in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. You will report to the Administration Manager, Business Navigation, Finance & Administration (BNFA) department.
