Chi tiết công việc
- Lập kế hoạch khai thác các tệp KH cũ của công ty. Tăng tỉ lệ KH quay trở lại mua hàng bằng các chiến dịch automation
- Lập kế hoạch automation cho các sự kiện đặt cọc, mở bán sản phẩm để thu lead chất lượng
- Triển khai và follow các chiến dịch automation trên tool CDP. Làm việc với đối tác để giải quyết các vấn đề lỗi, tính năng, đối soát
- Theo dõi, tối ưu các chiến dịch, segment, trigger trên tool CDP
- Hỗ trợ các bộ phận khác như CR, HC kết nối và làm việc với đối tác CDP giải quyết vấn đề
- Đảm bảo hiển thị content, popup trên website đúng đối tượng. Tối ưu hiển thị, user flow trên website
