What are we looking for?
We're looking for a reliable Accounts Payable Officer to help us control and monitor our expenses.

Ideally, this person should be a fast learner for processes and have a great eye for detail as working timely and accurately is key for this role.

What are you expected to do?

  • Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data
  • Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
  • Comparing system reports to balances and verifying entries
  • Charging expenses to accounts and cost center
  • Verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors, and resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
