**About the Role**

The Accounts Payable will be responsible for processing payments based on the sets of supporting documents provided by business teams, conducting reconciliations between accounting systems with bank statements, managing the payable balances, and preparing monthly reconciliation reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of payable accounts.**What You Will Do**
- Verify payment documents to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, Company/Group’s policies, and procedures
- Plan for payment schedules and ensure timely settlement of invoices to avoid overdue penalties
- Properly store the documents in accordance with relevant regulations, Company/Group’s policies, and procedures
- Follow up the advance and payable accounts, monitor vendor aging balance, clear advance
- Coordinate with treasury accountant and work with the banks for any required information
- Do monthly reconciliation between balance per books and per bank statements
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required by Accounting Manager and CFO

**What You Will Need**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to details
- Strong organizational ability
- Effective corporate communications skills and fluent in English.
- Ability to consistently meet all deadlines and work under pressure.
