As a **Finance/Accounts Payable Executive **you will be responsible for all account payables and payments for Vietnam.

**Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Entering accurate and timely data into ERP system in accordance with fields required.
- Monthly reconciliations of AP between AP module and GL module. Ensure bank reconciliation are performed timely and accurately. Post, assist in interco reconciliations and match with counterparty.
- Ensuring that payments made are in accordance with delegation policy and are only made for approved invoices. Payment requests are properly supported & tallied with the amount claimed.
- Make sure that the banking, petty cash system is as per policy. Guarantee timely payment to staffs & creditors and timely follow up on cash advance and ongoing reconciliations. Assist in providing tenders if any to suppliers.
- Supporting regional finance for financial analysis and participating in regional operational excellence projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce or other related courses.
- At least 2 years experience in an accounts payable, reconciliations and payments.
- Detail oriented and can work under pressure to meet deadlines. Has the ability to challenge the current process and make improvements.
- Can effectively communicate in Vietnamese and English at all levels of the organisation.
