Checking and verifying on the claiming by attachment to align with accounting and Viet tax regulation and internal process as 1st approver
- Checking open items and hardcopy documents if they are available to make Accountant payable payment list
- Printing out and submitting hard copies to get the Line manager and CFO’s signatories on the payment process
- Following up and crossing check with CAD net to receive hard copy invoice for marketing expense
- Collect hard copy invoice and supporting documents of employee expense
- Verifying and matching hard copy invoice documents to filing
- Going to physical checking/ scraping fix asset/ Marketing Sample
- Updating and guiding process owner, requestor to understand and have experiences in Accountant and VietNam tax, regulation
- Checking and giving reasons for Risk Management - DC&B, FCSC, Self-audit, GPPM
- Finding and providing hard copy documentation for tax inspection, auditor
- Explanation about expense reasonably, legally for auditor before for CIT reviewing to align with Accounting and VietNam tax regulation

**Job Requirement**:

- Good at Microsoft Office Office, knowing SAP system is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Language: basic English skills, proficient Vietnamese skills
- 1-3 years of working experience
- Pay attention to details
