- **Key Responsibilities:
Managing, operating, and controlling all payable processes:

- Checking payment requests: ensure properly supporting documents to meet AP procedures, Purchasing manuals, HR guidelines, and other related procedures, to comply with taxes and regulations. A payment request must be approved by an authorized DOA.
- Verifying the consistency between invoices and supporting documents with SAP posting (MIGO, PO)
- Scanning and submitting payable documents to SSC for independent input in SAP via the ticketing tool. Working closely with SSC to ensure invoices are posted in SAP correctly.
- Monitoring payment due dates and proposing payment lists as schedule
- Ensuring account payable closure on time. Preparing the AP reconciliation monthly.
- Archiving documents and maintaining a properly maintained master list
Managing, operating, and controlling all receivable processes:

- Verifying collection payment and raising a ticket for SSC to post and clear the customer's outstanding
- Preparing manual vouchers in the AR function
- Preparing an aging report every week.
- Preparing provision for bad debt and AR reconciliation monthly.
- Ensuring account receivable closing on timeline
Contributes to:

- The accuracy of the accounting book is determined by the reliability of AP&AR transactions.
- Trainings and presentations as they may occur
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the direct supervisor.

- Daily interaction with SSC and operational business personnel to improve accounting process and support for the business.
