**The Role**

The Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk will be responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions for the organization. The AP Clerk will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager and work closely with the Controller and finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and select accounting activity during month end close.

**What you will do**
- Enter and upload invoices into Netsuite
- Review the 3 way match for discrepancies and requests credit memos from vendor if necessary
- Reconcile vendor accounts (vendor statements)
- Prepare invoices for payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Maintain vendor files
- Assist with audits and other projects as needed
- Liaison with Global AP Team
- Trainer for NetSuite, create training SOPs

**What you need to be successful**
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese (verbal and written)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- At least 1-2 years of high volume accounts payable or general accounting experience, GAAP experience preferred
- Knowledge of accounts payable principles and practices
- Fast data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems and NetSuite is a plus
- Basic understanding of 3 way match (PO, Invoice & Packing Slip/Item Receipt)
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
