We’re looking for **Junior **Payable** **Accountant** to bring your talent to Noventiq Vietnam. You’ll be a part of our Finance team.

**Job overview**: We are looking for an ambitious **Junior Payable Accountant** to provide support to the financial department by supporting daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition. This way it can make the right decisions and accomplish long-term success.

**What you’ll do**:

- Communicate with Vendor on invoice and payment schedule.
- Post invoices and ensure all PO are recorded in the accounting system.
- Update accounts payable and follow payment plan.
- Assist to prepare the payment order in Internet baking
- Assist in preparing upload files for payment.
- Assist with other accounting projects.

**About you**:

- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Netsuite, )
- Qualifications (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) are a plus but not required
- BSc/Ba in accounting, finance, or relevant field
- Ability to understand and communicate in English is a MUST
