About the Role
Our client is a well-established global organization with strong operations across supply chain and logistics. They are looking for a Sales Manager who can drive business growth, develop new partnerships, and support end-to-end commercial activities across the region.
Job Description
Title
: Sales Manager
- Responsible for the sales of the company's supply chain solutions, transportation, etc., and required to meet the sales team targets.
- Actively develop new clients, maintain and explore the potential of existing clients, optimizing company and personal client resources.
- Effectively collect market information to increase personal project reserves and project yield, achieving rapid realization of new business opportunities.
- Achieve team performance, individual performance, and gross profit targets through good client maintenance, project management, and other means.
- Reasonably control accounts receivable and reduce overdue receivables, providing clients with account statements in a timely and effective manner to mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure the compliance and completeness of sales contracts, and the completeness of financial procedures to avoid legal risks.
Qualifications
- Strong desire for sales, with solid sales methodologies and experience.
- Ability to interact with senior clients, possessing a broad perspective and the ability to identify business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or above from a prestigious university.
- Familiar with B2B industry business, with experience as a sales champion in previous industries.
- Experience in global manufacturing supply chains, international freight forwarding, and cross-border industries is preferred.
- Strong execution capability, fitting the culture of high-growth companies, with strong resilience and perseverance.
