KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, approach, and develop relationships with customers in the telecommunications and enterprise sectors.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions related to telecom equipment.
  • Manage the entire sales process: product consultation, proposal preparation, bidding support, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (technical, bidding, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
  • Oversee project implementation with customers and promptly address any issues that arise.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and periodic reports as required.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, ICT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
    ; preference for candidates with experience in telecommunications, ICT products
  • Strong communication skills in
    English or Chinese
    (Chinese communication preferred).
  • Preferred experience working with:
    telecommunications enterprises, SMEs, government partners, project contractors or system integrators.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management ability, self-motivation, and a disciplined working attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet business targets.
