  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in Savvycom's key markets (e.g. Singapore, ANZ, Japan,...)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Build the next level sales team
  • Collaborate with Delivery Manager and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions and services to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and market positioning.
  • Represent Savvycom at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the company's services and offerings.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the IT industry, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, particularly in the ITO sector.
  • Experience with Singaporean, ANZ, and Japanese markets and cultures is highly valued
  • Ability to work independently, lead a sales team, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English languages is required.
