Sales Manager

Role Overview:
This is a standalone, independent sales role responsible for developing and managing business in Vietnam, with a primary focus on new business development and account management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Director (Singapore) and collaborate with regional teams in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Vietnam in alignment with regional goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.
- Strengthen the company's market presence and build long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-border sales teams to deliver consistent customer solutions.
- Provide market insights and feedback to regional management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 9-10 years of sales experience related to the passive components (connectors, sensors, relays, resistors, capacitors, inductors, switches...)
- Proven track record in B2B industrial sales, ideally with exposure to regional or multinational clients
- Prefer experience work with clients in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Apple, Google, Microsoft, Factory Automation, Electric Vehicle (EV)...
- Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working as a solo representative.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cultures and functions.
- Fluent in English.
