About Role
The Senior Marketing Specialist/ Team Lead is responsible for strengthening the company's brand identity and storytelling while ensuring marketing activities translate into measurable awareness, engagement, and trust. While digital performance remains a supporting function, the core focus of this role is to
lead brand strategy, creative campaigns, and cross-channel communications
that elevate our market presence.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with both short-term sales targets and long-term brand objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design, Content) to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience targeting.
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and performance reviews to ensure efficient resource allocation.
2. Branding & Content
- Strengthen the company's brand identity across all touchpoints (visual, tone, messaging).
- Lead the creation of brand campaigns, product stories, and visual content that increase brand awareness and preference.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, and influencers to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications.
3. Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for ROI and CPA through continuous A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis.
- Track and report key KPIs such as conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with the data team or agency partners to refine attribution models and marketing automation flows.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Translate marketing data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Build performance dashboards (e.g., using Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar).
- Present campaign reviews, insights, and improvement plans to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with strong background in
branding, campaign management, or creative direction. - Proven experience designing or leading brand campaigns that achieved measurable awareness lift or engagement growth.
- Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Working knowledge of digital channels, content strategy, and social trends.
- Strong storytelling, visual sensibility, and project management ability.
- Experience collaborating with agencies or creative teams.
