  1. Job Purpose

The Marketing Team Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to strengthen the school's brand, increase enrollment, and enhance community engagement. This role oversees the daily operations of the marketing team, ensuring alignment with the school's strategic goals and brand positioning as the leading private STEM school in Ho Chi Minh City.

  1. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning


• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with enrollment goals and brand strategy.


• Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, events, PR, content, partnerships).


• Analyze market trends, parent insights, and competitor activities to inform strategies.

Brand & Content Management


• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.


• Oversee production of marketing collateral (brochures, videos, digital content, website updates, etc.).


• Supervise storytelling and content that highlight student achievements, alumni success, and school values.

Digital Marketing & Social Media


• Lead digital campaigns including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.


• Oversee social media calendars and content performance tracking.


• Monitor and report on website traffic, leads, and conversion rates.

Team Management & Collaboration


• Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team (executives, designers, digital specialists).


• Coordinate closely with the Admissions team to ensure lead nurturing and enrollment conversion.


• Collaborate with Academic, Student Affairs, and Operations departments for content and event support.

Event Marketing


• Plan and execute key marketing events such as Open Days, Parent Info Sessions, Demo Classes, and Community Events.


• Ensure effective post-event follow-up and performance evaluation.

Reporting & Budget


• Track KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance reports.


• Support the Head of Marketing in managing marketing budgets efficiently.

  1. Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.


• Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in education or service-based industries.


• Proven experience managing campaigns and small teams.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, SEO, analytics).


• Excellent communication (English & Vietnamese) and project management skills.
