Role Summary:

Senior Marketing Specialist driving B2B growth in Vietnam. You'll localise regional plans, managing the full campaign lifecycle, budget, and agency coordination. We seek a self-starter with strategic insight and meticulous execution to deliver major brand and lead generation results.

Role:

  • Drive the execution of local market strategies by meticulously localising regional marketing plans for the Vietnamese market
  • Own the end-to-end management of major campaign deliverables, including the execution of at least one medium brand campaign and one mid-market lead generation campaign
  • Lead budget management, performance tracking, and agency coordination to ensure all initiatives are executed efficiently and meet established goals
  • Manage and support high-impact events, coordinating logistics for one large-scale event, one medium-scale event, and 2-4 smaller local activations
  • Drive cross-functional stakeholder coordination across regional, local, and external agency teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment and execution
  • Regularly report on campaign performance, surfacing key insights and translating results into actionable learnings to shape future strategy
  • Champion marketing campaign excellence, ensuring all materials and activations are impactful, innovative, and deliver measurable results

You:

  • 5+  years of relevant experience in a similar marketing field, with a strong focus on campaign execution and strategy implementation
  • Proven expertise in localised campaign management within the Vietnamese market is essential
  • Strong track record of successfully managing and executing complex cross-functional marketing projects within budget and on tight timelines
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience in managing and coordinating external agencies (creative, media, or event agencies)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships with agencies, colleagues, and suppliers across different functions

  • A proactive, self-starter mindset capable of taking initiative and working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC

Contract type:
6 Months fixed term contract from January June 2026
