JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Sản phẩm / Product Management

  • Quản lý, theo dõi và đăng tải sản phẩm lên các sàn TMĐT theo tiêu chuẩn hiển thị và bán hàng.
  • Đảm bảo thông tin sản phẩm chính xác, cập nhật và hấp dẫn.
  • Phân tích, tối ưu danh mục, phân loại và nội dung sản phẩm để tăng tỉ lệ chuyển đổi.

2. Chương trình bán hàng / Campaign Management

  • Thiết lập và cập nhật giá bán, chương trình khuyến mãi theo từng giai đoạn.
  • Đăng ký, theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả các chương trình ưu đãi của sàn.
  • Phối hợp cùng Marketing lên lịch, kiểm soát và tối ưu các chiến dịch lớn trong năm.

3. Vận hành sàn / Operation Management

  • Giám sát hiệu suất hoạt động gian hàng: xử lý đơn, tỷ lệ giao hàng, phản hồi khách, đánh giá sao.
  • Theo dõi, phân tích và báo cáo hiệu quả quảng cáo, ngân sách, doanh thu.
  • Đảm bảo hình ảnh, nội dung và nhận diện thương hiệu nhất quán trên các sàn.
  • Phối hợp các bộ phận (Kho, Marketing, Finance...) để vận hành trơn tru.
  • Nghiên cứu thị trường, đối thủ, xu hướng để đề xuất kế hoạch kinh doanh và truyền thông phù hợp.

REQUIREMENT

  • Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Marketing, Thương mại điện tử hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Có ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm trực tiếp vận hành gian hàng trên các sàn thương mại điện tử (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, v.v.).
  • Hiểu rõ quy trình quản lý sản phẩm, xử lý đơn hàng, khuyến mãi và vận hành gian hàng TMĐT.
  • Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nội dung, hình ảnh sản phẩm trên website hoặc sàn.
  • Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt là một lợi thế.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm vị trí tương đương tại công ty FMCG/F&B.
