We are now seeking an experienced and passionate E-Commerce Manager to build and scale our online business for NMN health supplement products, which have already achieved outstanding success across Hong Kong and China.

Role Description

The E-Commerce Manager
will lead PHC's end-to-end online operations on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop — overseeing sales, marketing, and influencer collaborations.

This role offers hybrid and flexible working hours (Monday to Friday), and occasional support for events or promotions on holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage e-commerce stores on
    Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop
    — from setup, campaign planning to performance optimization.
  • Drive sales growth through platform strategies, paid ads, and creative promotions.
  • Lead
    KOL/KOC collaborations
    and viral marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze key metrics (CTR, conversion, ROAS) to improve ROI.
  • Coordinate with HQ for inventory, logistics, and cross-border operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, or E-Commerce.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in management.
  • Deep understanding of online shopper behavior in the
    health, beauty, or FMCG categories.
  • Experience in
    cross-border e-commerce, product compliance, and health supplement listing regulations
    is a plus.
  • Proven success managing Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop performance.
  • Strong data analysis and project management skills.
  • Good communication in English or Chinese is an advantage.
