Position: E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Location:
Mapletree Business Center, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Hour:
Mon – Fri | 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM

Contract:
12 months – Sign with 3P-Talentnet

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor daily operational KPIs for the
    Longtail Mart merchant
    (e.g., assortment listing, opening hours, active rate, order fulfillment rate) and identify root causes for underperformance.
  • Keep track of Business As Usual (BAU) performance and operational readiness for occasional marketing campaigns, ensuring system stability and sufficient merchant capacity.
  • Implement and track corrective actions and operational process improvements to boost efficiency and reliability for Longtail merchants.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key operational workflows, ensuring compliance and consistency across the longtail base.
  • Manage operational communications and escalations, acting as a bridge between longtail merchants, support teams, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively engage with prioritized longtail merchants to gather direct operational feedback and test new process changes.
  • Develop and deliver Marketing Solution packages to meet the characteristics and needs of mass retailers.

REQUIREMENT

  • Experience:
    Open for freshers
    (Graduate from business, operation management, communication, or similar fields). Experience working with 'Longtail' business models or a large base of small-to-medium enterprise (SME) partners is a strong advantage
  • Detail oriented and comfortable with operational tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to be hands-on and take ownership of multiple tasks or experiments.
  • Good command in English (reading & writing)
  • Good sense in data


SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • Salary: 11,200,000 gross/month
  • Service Voucher: 300,000 /month
  • 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
