  1. Team Management:

  2. Responsible for the daily management and KPI assessment of the e-commerce operation team (operation, design, customer service).

  3. Develop standardized work processes to improve team efficiency.

  4. Platform Operation:

  5. Led the operation of stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, including product listing, event planning, advertising, and Data Analysis.

  6. Optimize the Listing (title, main image, details page) to improve conversion rate and search ranking.

  7. Performance Growth:

  8. Set monthly/quarterly sales targets, monitor key indicators such as GMV, ROI, per customer transaction, etc., to ensure performance targets are met.

  9. Increase sales through promotional activities (e.g. Flash Sale, live-streaming marketing) and out-of app traffic (Facebook/Google Ads).

  10. Supply chain coordination:

  11. Collaborate with procurement, warehousing and logistics teams to ensure inventory turnover ratio and order fulfillment rate.

  12. Market Analysis:

  13. Regularly analyze the dynamics of competing products and industry trends, and adjust the operation strategy.

Be familiar with platform rules and proficient in price calculation

Yêu cầu công việc:

  1. Experience:

  2. Minimum 2-3 years of e-commerce operation experience, 1 year of team management experience, experience in South East Asia market is preferred.

  3. Familiar with the backstage operation and platform rules of Shopee/Lazada, good at advertising (CPC/CPM) and SEO optimization.

  4. Skills:

  5. Proficient in Data Analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI).

  6. Have market sensitivity and be able to independently formulate marketing plans.

  7. Language:

  8. Fluent English skills

  9. Characteristics:

  10. Results-driven, strong stress tolerance, innovative thinking.
