ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce & Content Coordinator to support our daily e-commerce operations and content production. This role combines hands-on Shopify management with creative content coordination, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both technical and creative aspects of e-commerce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

E-commerce Operations Management (40%)

  • Execute daily Shopify store operations including product uploads, inventory updates, and pricing management
  • Update website content, banners, and landing pages for sales events
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns across multiple channels
  • Monitor store performance metrics, report and identify optimization opportunities

Content Production Support (30%)

  • Process and organize product data, images, and descriptions
  • Managing social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Maintain SEO tags content to maximize reach across different channels

Project Coordination & Administration (20%)

  • Use project management tools to report, track tasks and deadlines
  • Create simple reports on sales performance and inventory levels

Cross-functional Support (10%)

  • Handle basic customer inquiries and order-related issues

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 1-2 years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields
  • Solid understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data management
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Midjourney, etc.) and social media management
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and customer journey
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

BONUS SKILLS

  • Experience with international/US market e-commerce (Amazon, Target, Walmart online practices)
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems (Shopify)
  • Basic HTMLCSS for minor website adjustments
