  1. Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Executive with strong experience in managing and scaling online channels such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Website to maximize sales performance, enhance customer experience, and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate official online stores on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and internal website.

  • Develop and execute business strategies, promotion plans, and campaigns on a monthly/quarterly basis to achieve sales targets.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads).

  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Content, Design, and Supply Chain teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.

  • Analyze data on sales, products, traffic, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

  • Propose and conduct A/B testing and new campaigns to improve conversion rate and marketing ROI.

  • Manage marketing budgets and prepare performance reports on a regular basis.

  • Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.

  • At least 2 years of experience in E-commerce operations (Shopee or TikTok Shop preferred).

  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, advertising systems, and ranking mechanisms of e-commerce marketplaces.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and perform under pressure.
