Quản lý chung Queensland Education, xây dựng kế hoạch, chiến lược và chỉ tiêu tuyển sinh tại
các cơ sở hiện tại của Queensland bao gồm
Xây dựng và thẩm định chất lượng chương trình đào tạo
Quản lý giáo viên nước ngoài, Việt Nam và trợ giảng
Tổ chức các chương trình ngoại khóa, lớp học, thời khóa biểu
Lập kế hoạch và triển khai khai giảng các khóa học
Tổ chức, quản lý các hoạt động PR - Marketing
Quản lý, phân công nhân sự phụ trách cơ sở vật chất, thiết bị, đồ dùng đào tạo
Hướng dẫn và thực hiện thủ tục kiểm tra, đánh giá, xếp lớp, nhập học và các quy trình liên quan
Kiểm tra và ký bảng theo dõi giờ làm việc của giáo viên - nhân viên hàng tháng trước khi gửi kế
toán tính lương.
Nhắc nhở nhân viên giáo vụ / giáo viên Cập nhật liên tục App mới của Queensland Education
(danh sách học sinh lớp mình phụ trách, báo cáo, điểm danh, tình trạng nộp học phí) của nhóm
lớp do mình phụ trách.
**Chức vụ**: Trưởng Nhóm/Trưởng Phòng
**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Kinh nghiệm làm việc: ít nhất 2-3 năm trong lĩnh vực giáo dục ở vị trí tương đương
2. Kỹ năng quản lý, điều hành, đàm phán, thuyết phục, đào tạo, huấn luyện tốt
3. Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, tổ chức, giám sát công việc tốt
4. Kỹ năng tư duy, phân tích tổng hợp
5. Chủ động, sáng tạo trong công việc, chịu được áp lực cao, nhiệt tình, có trách nhiệm
6. Tốt nghiệp đại học các ngành Kinh tế, Ngoại ngữ, Quan hệ đối ngoại, Quản trị kinh doanh, Tư
vấn, Giáo dục - đào tạo
7. Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp bằng giỏi, xuất sắc
8. Chứng chỉ IELTS 7.5 trở lên hoặc các chứng chỉ tiếng Anh quốc tế tương đương
