MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (List main job tasks and responsibilities)
**1. For Operating Hotels**:

- Lead market research and analysis, define hotel models and business orientation for domestic hotel projects;
- Support set-up and establish operational standards for hotels within the Group’s system, ensuring compliance with quality standards during operations.

**2. For New Hotel Projects / Hotel Renovation Projects**:

- Gather and monitor progress information of hotel projects (including new developments or major renovations), and prepare progress reports as required by the Direct Manager, Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Company at each stage;
- Provide operational support/consultancy throughout all project development stages, from product development, design & construction, to pre-opening and operations;
- Participate in review and coordination with relevant Units when required, in accordance with approved collaboration mechanisms;
- Monitor overall construction progress of hotel projects, coordinate with related Units to resolve arising issues, accelerate project progress in general and mock-up rooms in particular, ensuring compliance with requirements/approvals of authorized levels;
- Lead market research and analysis, define hotel models and business orientation for domestic hotel projects;
- Develop project functions in terms of guestrooms, functional areas, and services;
- Advise on operational procedures during the design and construction stages / mock-up room set-up;
- Support operations in the pre-opening stage: consult and supervise the set-up of operating equipment, lead and advise on the operational organization structure (manpower planning, job requirements/descriptions, recruitment schedule, etc.);
- Perform other duties as assigned/requested by the Direct Manager and/or authorized levels at each stage.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Major: Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields
- Certification: Training courses in Hotel Management, Management Skills, etc.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar position

**Knowledge**:

- Extensive knowledge of hotel operations management;
- English: Proficient in all 4 skills.
