**Job Purpose**:
Operational Risk Management team - Risk Management Division at Techcombank is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operational Risk Management professional (Expert level) to lead the identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of operational risks across the bank. This individual will work closely with risk leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and strengthen the risk culture, improve risk frameworks, and ensure regulatory compliance across all lines of business.

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- Key expectations:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in operational risk management/banking product development in financial services industries
- Good knowledge of banking products and operations and familiar with risks and control concepts
- Experience in internal/external audits, product/process/program review is a plus
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and good communication skills
