**Job Summary**:
Premier EMS is seeking a dynamic and strategic **Operations Manager** to oversee and optimize the delivery and performance of our key technology-driven service lines, including **Robotic Process Automation (RPA)**, **Payroll Services**, **Digital Facility Management**, and **Automated Security & Safety Solutions**. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of operational excellence, digital transformation, and customer-centric service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**???? 1. Payroll Services**
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for clients.
- Supervise payroll team operations, covering labor contracts, tax, insurance, and digital HR management.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to maintain alignment with labor laws and regulatory standards.

**???? 2. Digital & Automated Facility Management**
- Lead operations for digitalized building management platforms, including smart parking, energy control, and resident interaction systems.
- Oversee vendor partnerships and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Analyze operational data to recommend cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

**???? 3. Automation of Security & Safety Services**
- Manage the implementation and operations of intelligent security systems (CCTV AI, Auto Gatepass, Access Control).
- Ensure high standards in safety compliance and incident response procedures.
- Collaborate with technical teams to continuously enhance automation and threat detection capabilities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,(Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is advantage) (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in tech-enabled services or facility management.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluent in English

- Manage budgets, optimize resources, and ensure profitability of service operations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and support account management teams in service delivery.
