Channel Sales Manager

One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for a Channel Sales Manager. In this job, you will work and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.
**About the Channel Sales Manager Role**:
As the Channel Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales activities and achieve targets within the assigned countries in the SEA region. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our business unit, implementing effective business plans, and nurturing strong relationships with our sales channel partners (distributors) to enhance sales revenue and service quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives Regularly evaluate performance and follow up on agreed actions
- Take full charge of our sales channel partners in the assigned countries, providing them with support and guidance to improve sales revenue and service delivery for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and System Integrators (SIs) in the SEA region
- Identify and develop innovative solutions to improve processes, actively contributing to project acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate effectively with senior managers, while also adeptly managing subordinates within the internal matrix structure
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
**Key Requirements**:
- Possess four to seven years of relevant experience in engineering, with a strong background in automation. A degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience is required
- Solid knowledge of instrumentation or process automation, enabling you to effectively understand and address customer needs
- Demonstrate self-motivation and drive, along with excellent English communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the SEA region
- Proactive and capable of working independently to achieve desired results
