Sales Manager pro Channel

Sales Manager - ProChannel is the strategic role which responsible for leading total B2B sales team to execute ambitious goals of ProChannel and contribute to the growth strategy of Customer Development & Unilever Vietnam.
- Build up sales strategy & execute plan for the channels, in parallel with defining key strategies to each of the sale areas.
- Build up strong distributing system (distributor infrastructure & capability) for sustainable development (profit, share, customer loyalty & satisfaction).
- Work hand-in-hand with in-country CBD and BU CS&P to create Cat Growth plans, set targets and support execution
- Develop portfolio dedicated SKU for ProChannel
- Ensure execution of business strategy in Sales Channels to build better market share
- Develop and RTM Model for market services as per channel dynamics
- Develop sales team to keep the leading position in the market of Unilever Vietnam.
- Build up and execute Unilever’s organization and Distributor structure to adapt with fast-moving change of the market.
- Build up high future-fit sales team that fits with Unilever principles.
- In charge of building up Long-term strategy plan as well as understanding customer/shopper insights
- Leading in pioneering new business models and bring plan into life.
- Representative for related expertise matters.
- Own in-country development of CD capabilities and expertise topics
- Directly participate in the recruitment, training, coaching and performance management of the staff
- Other adhoc tasks being requested by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree- Proven work experience as a national sales manager. Pro-Channel, working experiences with distributors is an advantage.- Strong Negotiation skills- People and Stakeholder Management- Foundational selling and relationship management skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Strong experience in category growth management, commercial strategy, design for channel, execution excellence, data literacy, and business financial acumen.- Excellent organizational skills, passionate to win, strong sense of teamwork,- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.- Good command of English.
