We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Findicia. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing global marketplaces and identifying Selling Partners of all sizes to grow their businesses around the world.

Findicia helps businesses launch a global business, reaching customers worldwide and building international brands. Our sellers on online stores can now sell to 300+ million active customer accounts, including 150+ million customers in oversea marketplaces and millions of institutional buyers in the USA, Europe, and Japan.

About the Role

The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for marketing Global Selling program to Selling Partners located in Vietnam. This person will have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering results, and providing primary post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party Selling Partners.

The Account Manager will manage relationships with key accounts, develop strategies to maximize these relationships, and support their growth. They will monitor and maintain performance, work with clients to improve performance, and proactively monitor accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing global marketplaces to identify Selling Partners of all sizes to grow their businesses around the world.
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering results, and providing primary post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party Selling Partners.
  • Managing relationships with key accounts, developing strategies to maximize these relationships, and supporting their growth.
  • Maintaining performance, working with clients to improve performance, and proactively monitoring accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Native or fluent Vietnamese language proficiency is required.
  • 3+ years of successful account management experience, preferably in the eCommerce, online services, or retail industries.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Result-oriented with a strong commitment and ownership towards goals or target assigned.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and comfortable with Microsoft Excel/BI tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese.

  • Experience working with international/cross-cultural teams.
  • Acquainted with online business and having global e-commerce or marketplace experience is a plus.
  • Experience using analytical, marketing, productivity tools, and online collaboration tools.
