Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead our talent acquisition and employer branding efforts. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, enhance our employer brand, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Main Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition:

We are looking for someone who can oversee the recruitment process, track progress, and evaluate productivity of recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to stay up-to-date with market trends.

  • Employer Branding:

This role involves building, developing, and implementing an Employer Branding (EB) plan to enhance visibility on digital platforms, manage internal engagement activities, and coordinate EB Awards and communication.

  • Compliance and Labor Relations:

The successful candidate will review and improve labor regulations, setting up regular dialogues at the workplace, employee conferences, and long-service rewards programs. They will also supervise workplace nutrition improvement policies and conduct labor disciplinary activities.

  • Employee Development:

This role requires a leader who can coach and educate staff members in daily operations, leading subordinates in section, and developing their skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, general knowledge of Labor Law, and excellent skills in recruitment, negotiation, plan setting, and execution. A minimum of 4 years of experience in the same field and position is required, along with being highly responsible, careful, honest, and hard-working.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working from Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:45 hours. We offer a competitive salary of $600-$800 per month, depending on experience.
