About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Development Manager to join our team in Vietnam. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the Vietnamese insurance market, focusing on driving patient growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an annual channel development plan, including strategy, activities, communication, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies to create policies that provide access to overseas healthcare and medical treatments, primarily within our hospital network.
  • Achieve and exceed set targets by identifying opportunities in the Vietnam insurance market.
  • Execute marketing activities (seminars, webinars, workshops, product knowledge training, B2B/B2C initiatives) to boost awareness and uptake.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as banks, insurance companies, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and perform competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
  • 8-10 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in medical insurance
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive results and meet commitments
  • Minimum Bachelors degree
  • Experience in business development
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel throughout Vietnam, with a focus on Ho Chi Minh City
