Ticket Performance Management: Ensure ticket waiting time is under 24 hours and respond promptly to all tickets.
- Tax Declaration/Finalization Support: Assist the team in preparing and processing tax returns.
- Legal Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws, social regulations, and PIT laws and ensure legal compliance.
- Insurance Management for Staff: Declare/Adjust benefits, ensure accuracy in SIMI calculation, timely payments, and quarterly reconciliations with authorities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and promptly address concerns.
- Good communication skills and be able to collaborate with internal departments and external agencies.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking) is a must.
- Have experience in Compensation and Benefits labor laws is a plus.
