Overseeing the office operation in general, include but not limited to:
- Keep office running smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks;
- Be responsible for the overall performance of Hanoi/ HCMC office with focus on sales & management;
- Oversee office security, hygiene, clealiness and ensure physical security operation;
- Assist in setting up budget plan for office & admin, supervise and control expenditures under budget;
- Supervise and motivate team;
- Participate on related projects;
- Operate business within the assinged areas and more;
- Buid and maintain internal and external relationship;
- Other tasked assigned by board of director.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- High English level
- Excellent communitation and management/ supervisory skills
- Good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills
- Having customer-oriented mindset and good at interpersonal and communication skills
- Multi -task skills
