We are actively seeking an experienced and **Mandarin-speaking Front Office Service Manager** to lead the guest and front office services of a casino hotel.
**Position: Front Office Service Manager**
**Location**:Southeast Asia
**Language Requirement: Mandarin Speaking**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the Front Office operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
- Lead a dedicated team in managing check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and concierge services.
- Utilise your Mandarin language skills to effectively communicate with international guests and lead a diverse team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and provide guests with memorable experiences.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven experience in a Front Office leadership role within larger hotels (400+ rooms).**:
- **Fluency in Mandarin is crucial for effective communication with both the team and diverse guests.**:
- **Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams in the hospitality industry.**:
- **Exceptional guest service mindset and the ability to handle various aspects of front office operations.**
