- Assist in executing all operational procedures of the Front office department.
- Ensure that all services provided are anticipatory, promoting outstanding / exceptional guest satisfaction at all times.
- In charge of the Reception area during the shift
- Report to Duty Manager/ Front Office Manager of any system problems. Suggest any improvements that could be made to improve existing systems and procedures
- Maintain communication channels between hotel guests and all departments both verbally and in writing as required
- Lead by example when attending to guest requests. Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure department policies and procedures are understood by all employees and demonstrated in tasks performed
- Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis
- Monitor group activity, allocating groups together where possible, ensuring a smooth process, and communicating arrival times to relevant departments
- Take every opportunity to be a “salesperson” by active selling of special promotions and facilities available within the Hotel
- Act as a Departmental Trainer to perform Training and Quality Control Checks

- Good command of spoken and written English with strong computer skills.
- Initiative, courteous, hard working and attentive to details.
- Experience in same position is an advantage. International resort or hotel experienced is preferred. Sales experience in 4-5 star hotel at least 2 year (1st priority).
