Senior Sales Manager

Professionally develop strong relationships with Customer’s leadership across business
- sectors and industries.- Strongly develop, coach, motivate and lead sales teams to achieve the Company targets
and performance as required.- Collaboratively work with the team to develop an overall territory account plan in order to
maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers.- Responsible for engaging, identifying prospective customers to achieve monthly sales
targets and net profit quota.- Leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process, and overcomes
objections to capture new business opportunities.- Develops annual marketing plan for lead generations and building strong sales pipelines
to meet the Company sales targets as well as increase brand awareness and presence in
- the local market.- Review all proposals and contracts to the Customers in compliance with the Company’s
policies.- Submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas.
Forecast sales revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.- Provides leadership to the customers and develop strong positions in business and
industry communities in Vietnam
**Job Requirements**:
- Master’s Degree in business, commerce, finance, technology or equivalent.- At least 10 years of experience in professional sales leadership, development and
management in enterprise management software solution or professional consulting
- service industry.- Strong experience in professional solution selling.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
- Strong capability to build and develop relationships and trust with C-level executives.
- Highly motivated and results oriented as well as strong people development.
- Strong and professional presentation, communication, and leading team to achieve or
exceed the required targets.
- Solid problem solving and consultative skills required.- ERP or Business consulting experience and knowledge will be a plus.
- Strong communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
