Sales Manager

Lead and manage the sales team to deliver business core values based on customer needs.
- Evaluate sales best practices and learn and understand a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.
- Experience with IT cloud solution systems and IT operations.
- Willingness to work directly with customers to help them deliver their vision.
- Strong grasp of sales tools and comfort with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders.
- Ability to plan/restructure the sales team, develop strategies to lead the sales team to achieve their best performance.
- Responsible for closing new projects (Managed services, Data analytics, Migration, etc.), signing projects, contract negotiation, project problem-solving, and project payment.
- Manage the sales and SDR team on a daily basis.
- Articulate compelling value propositions around cloud services and customer adoption.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud-Computing, technology concepts.
- Monthly measure by KPIs and overall company sales target by KPIs.
- Manage account relationships, senior-level positioning, effective account mapping.
- Understand the assigned accounts organizational structure and decision-making hierarchy.
- Ability to make executive pitches and presentations.
- Close cooperation with the presale and tech team to analyze and clarify customers business objectives and requirements in detail to select and advise on the suitable solution offering
