**Sales Account Manager**
**, Senior II**

**Based in Ho Chi Minh: Sales Account Manager to grow Synopsys’ Business in Vietnam and South East Asia.**
We’re looking for Sales Account Manager to join our team.

- In this role you will be responsible for growing Synopsys’ business and expanding our installed technology base at our Global and Local Territory Accounts.
- **Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategy, in collaboration with our technical and global account teams, that is based on a deep understanding of customer’s needs and requirements.
- Own fostering and growing relationships with key technologists and stakeholders within this account all the way to executive management levels.
- Be an over-achiever, self-motivated and driven individual helping to drive multi-million dollar agreements with the customer.
- Drives programs and business initiatives. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and projects.
- Represents the organization as the principle contact on business unit and/or company-wide projects. Interacts with management and senior external personnel on matters requiring coordination across internal groups.
- Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

**Key Qualification**
- Minimum of 8+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Has a wide range of experience either in semiconductor design or verification.
- Has ability to engage with the customer’s technical decision maker to understand their key challenges and work with Synopsys' experts to provide technology solutions for the customer’s high value problems.
- Self-motivated individual with leadership skills and a demonstrated passion to win.
